Eaubaby is a partnership, consisting of Nicky and Fiona.

Eaubaby Courses

Eaubaby courses run for 10/11 weeks (excluding bank holidays) with a break for half term.

Each lesson lasts for 30 minutes.

Class times and venues: We will do our best to keep subsequent class days and times similar, however if class numbers become too small to function properly, classes may merge and days/times may change.

Registration

Please inform us of all medical conditions during registration and keep Eaubaby Swimming up-to-date should this change using our contact details below.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is taken.

In the event of a cancelled lesson, Eaubaby will Email you.

Please keep Eaubaby informed of changes to your contact details. If you do not have a mobile phone, please make sure we have at least 2 alternative contact numbers for you.

Discounts

Discount codes for double and triple parents will be emailed out and can then be applied at the checkout. Please email us in advance for your code.

Health and Safety

Eaubaby Swimming require all babies to be DOUBLE BAGGED – until fully potty trained (i.e a washable swim nappy such as ‘Tots Bots’ a disposable or a SWIM nappy such as Huggies Little Swimmers) with a Neoprene Swim Pant over the top. NO DISPOSABLE NAPPIES ARE ALLOWED. Eaubaby Swimming recommend the Konfidence Nappicova or Splash About Happy Nappy. Environmentally friendly washable nappies can be used as a layer underneath.

Spectators

Spectator space at certain venues is restricted. Please refer to your pools information sheet.

Illness

Please do not come swimming if you or your child has had sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours, or has anything contagious..

Photography

Please inform us if you do not want to be photographed for marketing purposes.

Refunds and cancellations

Occasionally a pool may have to cancel a session. If this occurs, an extra session will be held at the end of a course wherever possible. In the event that 2 sessions are cancelled by Eaubaby in a term, a refund will be given for the 2nd session.

If you wish to cancel your Eaubaby course within 7 days of booking, we will give you a full refund. Other cancellation details are as follows:

• Cancellation up to 7 days prior to course commencing, no refund is applicable.
• Cancellation up to 28 days prior to the course commencing, a 50% refund is applicable.
• Cancellation before this date, a full refund minus a £25 administration fee.

In the event of a cancellation Eaubaby Swimming will email or notify you via our facebook page.

Except in exceptional circumstances (which Eaubaby Swimming will determine at its sole discretion), we regret that once the course has commenced, we cannot issue refunds or credits.

Eaubaby is under no obligation to refund or offer catch up lessons if you are unable to attend your lesson due to illness or holidays. Catch up sessions (for missed lessons) may be available subject to availability.

If Eaubaby cancels your course, you will receive a full refund.

Should unforeseen circumstances happen, or are outside of our control, eg Covid, then we would not refund monies paid for that course. However we would endeavour to deliver the remaining lessons within a 12 month time period following the initial cancellation.
